Introducing the Talaria aOS

The agentic operating system for revenue work

What we have been building

The console, the agents behind it, and the gate that stands between an agent and anything a customer would receive.

Talaria aOS

The layers that make a general model into a sales function, and the reason the funnel is the organising idea rather than the agent roster.

The funnel console

Every stage in one view, with the work an agent has queued against each one and the approvals waiting on a person.

Open the console

The approval gate

By default, anything that sends, spends or books waits for a person. Each held action shows what it will do, what it costs, and why the agent proposed it.

The record

What each agent read, what it concluded, and what it did — time-ordered, per account, and readable long after the run.

Open the console

Every stage.
Every motion.

Agents cover the funnel end to end, from the first signal to the handover — and stop wherever a person has to decide.

A pipeline built from signals, not lists

Each week's accounts come from what changed, such as a hire, a raise or a new tool. Each one arrives with the reason it was picked.

Impact report

Measuring what an agent-run funnel actually returns

A sales function run by agents is measurable in a way a sales function run by habit is not: every action an agent proposes carries what it was reasoning from and what it would cost.

The figures below are the shape of that report. They are unset until this deployment has enough runs behind it to fill them, and they will not be filled with anything else.

Our position

The Talaria team

Sellers bring judgement, relationships and the read of a room. Agents bring coverage, patience and recall. The interesting part is not which of those is better; it is what a funnel looks like when neither is the bottleneck.

Our position is that the deciding does not become free. An agent can do the reading, the drafting and the chasing, and a person still has to decide what is worth sending and what a price should be.

So the gate is the product. By default, anything that sends, spends or books waits for someone. Everything else runs, and leaves a record of what it read and why it concluded what it did.

What we hold, and what we refuse to hold.

Actions that send, spend or book are held for a person. Provider keys are stored encrypted per organisation, and records are kept in the EU. Each is held, with its evidence on request.

See the funnel run, and the gate hold.

A live walkthrough of the console: agents working an account end to end, and every action that would reach a customer stopping to wait for you.
